Quality Control
We strive to achieve the highest standards thorough out the manufacturing process. Our dedicated team of Quality Control managers are situated at each stage of production, while our team of final checkers inspect each piece prior to packing. Critical fault analysis is carried out, as well as statistical process control and daily AQL testing to ensure that the company works to AQL 2.5.
In house Laboratory: In addition to a dedicated Quality team, our in house BS:EN and ISO accredited laboratory allows us to inspect fabric bases along with final garments on parameters such as colour fastness, print durability, pilling and dimensional stability.
