Facilities
Our capabilities of delivering within 10 days stem from our key attention in ensuring efficiency throughout the production cycle. We have invested in the latest technologies, allowing us to cater and manufacture a wide variety of options and styles.
Cutting, Fabric & Trim Storage
An entire warehouse dedicated to fabrics, with over 200 fabric bases to choose from. We have several automatic fabric spreading machines, capable of cutting approximately 25000 garments a day.
Sewing
We have power operated sewing machines. The sewing operation comprises of several organized assembly lines. The main machine brands used are Siruba, Brother and Juki fully automatic.
Trimming & Packing
The final line of the production process where garments are finished, checked and packed ready for dispatch.
Printing, Embroidery & Pleating
Our Printing department allows our customers to elevate their product through latest state of the art techniques. These include:
- Precision Laser-cutting machines
- Three Reggiani digital sublimation machines that can produce approximately 15,000 garments a day
- Three Monti heat transfer machines that can produce approximately 20,000 garments a day
- Three M & R & MHM auto screen print machines that can produce 20,000 garments a day
- Three Direct Embroidery Machines
- Pleating – Plisse, sun ray and normal pleat techniques
Health & Safety
A number of staff on site are fully trained in first aid & fire safety should they be needed. A qualified nurse is provided on site for patients during working hours. If necessary a doctor can also be arranged immediately to come on site. Safety precautions are implemented throughout the production process with guards for all moving equipment and machines. Service and maintenance is carried out on all the machines by our onsite engineers.
